This week, I finished World War Z: An Oral History of the Zombie War by Max Brooks and Beyond the Blue Event Horizon, the second novel in the Heechee series by Frederick Pohl. Zombies and ancient aliens, oh my. Both were highly enjoyable.

Here is the Super Bowl spot for the forthcoming World War Z movie, which as far as I can tell, does not at all resemble the book, and may not in fact have any zombies at all in it.
